Povidone Iodine 10% Solution is meant for external use only.You should always use it exactly as your doctor has told you.Clean and dry the affected area and apply this medicine uniformly on your skin. Allow the medicine to dry completely before applying a bandage.
COMPOSITION
Povidone Iodine IP, 10% w/v (1% w/v available Iodine)
INDICATIONS
- Preparation of skin mucous membrane including vagina prior to surgery.
- Emergency microbicidal treatment of cuts, laceration and abrasion.
- Burn wounds of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree.
- Post operative dressing to prevent possible infections.
